Why we built Real Reviews

We launched Real Reviews as our own review widget for online stores and marketplace sellers. Owners needed a storefront where visitors see real buyer reviews with photos and video — not an empty reviews block and not screenshots pasted by hand from Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market.

Without the product, reviews stayed inside marketplace cabinets. Moving them to the shop site was manual, hiding one review meant a developer, and a new photo review waited in a queue. The cycle had to work without a programmer: the buyer writes via a link, the owner moderates in the cabinet and chooses what the widget shows.

We built Real Reviews as a store cabinet plus an embeddable widget. Signup opens a demo store that already contains reviews. Next come a personal review link, moderation statuses, Wildberries and Ozon import, and widget styling that matches the shop brand in a day, without a custom layout.

Key capabilities

Customer review link

The buyer opens a personal link, writes text, leaves a rating and attaches photos and video. The review lands in the cabinet for moderation.

Cabinet moderation

Statuses are pending, approved and hidden: each review is published or pulled from the site without editing the storefront code.

WB and Ozon import

Wildberries and Ozon reviews sync via API or on a button. The owner picks which ones the widget shows and which stay hidden.

Widget matched to the site

Colors, icon, card style and sort by date or rating. The widget fits the shop design without a programmer.

Several stores

The cabinet keeps separate storefronts: one contour on Free, up to three stores on Standard, and no store or review cap on Max.

Views and plans

The cabinet charts widget views. Plans: Free at ₽0 up to 20 reviews, Standard at ₽249 up to 100, Max at ₽599 with extended analytics.

How it works

The public site explains the cycle and plans; the cabinet holds stores and reviews. After an order the buyer opens a link and submits a rating, text, photos and video. The row arrives as pending: the owner approves or rejects it, and only approved reviews enter the widget.

Wildberries and Ozon sit next to manual collection: API import or a button, then the same publish statuses. Widget look is set in the cabinet — cards, colors, icon and sort — so the block feels like part of the shop.

Plans have no hidden fees. Free includes the widget, link collection and moderation up to 20 reviews. Standard adds editing, WB and Ozon import and up to three stores. Max removes caps and opens extended analytics. A custom domain is the next step.

What we delivered

Real Reviews is a working SaaS for a review storefront: a shop collects new reviews by link with photos and video, moderates them in the cabinet and shows them on the site in a widget styled to the brand. The landing cites 200+ users and 57 thousand reviews.

Wildberries and Ozon import removes hand-copying of the best marketplace reviews: the owner decides what to publish. Widget setup is meant for one day, without a separate reviews block built on the shop side.

Real Reviews is a live ESK product on real-reviews.ru. We evolve the cabinet, widget and plans ourselves, and use the same cycle — from a review form to a storefront — for shops that need moderation and on-site review display.
