The TROKOT BPA system cut order-to-delivery time and unified production, warehouse and dealer workflows in one cloud ERP contour for partners.

TROKOT makes frame sun shades and car accessories. As the dealer network grew, orders lived in spreadsheets and email: sales, production and warehouse never shared one status, partners called for deadlines and data drifted or vanished whenever teams retyped it by hand.
The brief started as “automate dealers in Russia”, but discovery showed partial fixes would not scale. The business needed end-to-end digitization — from a dealer request to shipment, barcode labeling, material reservations and accounting entries without double entry or extra phone coordination.
We designed a centralized cloud ERP: a partner cabinet, TROKOT staff admin and 1C integration over REST. The goal was a transparent order cycle, push status for dealers, fewer handoffs and room to grow the network without linear growth in warehouse and sales operations headcount.
Stack: PHP and Yii2, replicated MySQL, Redis for cache and RabbitMQ for background jobs. ERP runs in a resilient cluster with three contours — dealer UI, TROKOT staff and server-side logic; load balancing and hot directories keep response time stable at peak.
One order lifecycle serves every role: intake, product parameters, shop loading, labeling and shipment. Barcodes on the floor prevent batch mix-ups; REST sync with 1C removes duplicate typing between ERP and finance.
Work started in 2014: cabinet prototypes were tested with a dealer focus group; core rollout finished by late 2015, then evolutionary support and returns modules. Peak load exceeds two thousand concurrent users without SLA degradation.

Cloud ERP became one contour for manufacturing, warehouse, finance and 800+ dealers across Russia and the CIS. Partners work through personal cabinets while TROKOT runs the chain without scattered spreadsheets or orders lost between departments or distorted in email threads.
Unit manufacturing time dropped about threefold thanks to automated shop planning and fewer idle gaps when handing work between teams. The interval from order intake to finished goods shrank fivefold: dealers submit online, production receives instantly and end customers see deadlines without extra calls.
Process transparency and response speed strengthened partner trust and supported geographic expansion — from a domestic network into CIS markets and farther abroad. A dealer-automation initiative grew into a full digital operations platform that still scales with the business.
