This online service allows you to rent a legal postal address, receive correspondence there and respond to it. This online

A US client asked for a virtual mail address platform built around their own scalable logic — not a storefront list but the full loop from address pick and recurring payment to scanning, forwarding, replies and destruction. The audience is businesses without a permanent office that still need a legal address for registration and correspondence.
Quality service required more than a tenant cabinet: Operator roles at service points and Managers controlling tasks, plans and groups by city and the client’s legal status. Extras included virtual telephony, fax and a growing set of paid options with per-minute billing.
We designed a microservice stack on Django REST and React with PostgreSQL, Celery and Stripe plus Twilio integrations, with multilingual and multicurrency core for a future CIS expansion. Scrum sprints and operator interviews refined the model before coding started.
Python (Django REST Framework) microservices and React split mail, billing, notifications and telephony; PostgreSQL holds subscriptions and letters, Redis and Celery process scans, PDFs and mailouts asynchronously. Stripe runs recurring billing with decline handling and service pause without data loss.
The scan pipeline shows progress and previews to operators; mail routing builds action chains from the tenant’s selected services. Operator groups by location and tenant status balance load without manual handoffs between offices.
Seven modules shipped iteratively: core and catalog, signup and cabinet, operator and CRM, billing, Twilio and fax, reports and alerts, multi-region prep. After launch the service stayed stable under load from week one in target states.
The platform covers the full virtual mail loop: tenants manage address and mail themselves, operators work in one scanning contour, management sees tasks, plans and finance without scattered spreadsheets, manual mail trackers or chat-based status updates.
Stripe and the manager mini-CRM cut manual coordination and speed letter handling. More than 2,000 active subscriptions appeared in the first three months; clear statuses reduced support load at service points in target states.
The client received a scalable NDA product with CIS expansion in mind — we reuse the same microservice, USPS/GDPR compliance and iterative delivery in ESK fintech and SaaS builds, from the address catalog to operator desks and plan builders.
