Courier delivery automation for stores, pickup points, warehouses and partners — statistics, finance and order statuses in one live service.

SHAZAM asked us to build software for a courier service that supports many pickup point types, including partnership models. Online stores, warehouses, own and partner points, and couriers had to work in one digital contour instead of phone dispatch and scattered spreadsheets.
The product had to cut the cost of delivery to a pickup point — a competitive edge — while covering many cities through own and partner locations. Buyers needed delivery near home or work, status notifications, and fixed rates with insurance included for stores.
We delivered delivery control, courier transport, status notifications, order assembly, in-system remuneration calculations, and hooks to other courier services including X5 Retail Group. The experience of integrating external carriers and running courier operations from the inside now feeds our other logistics projects.
The platform mirrors SHAZAM’s operating model: stores submit orders, the system routes them to suitable pickup points or couriers, and finance stays inside the same contour as statuses and notifications. Assembly and consolidation reduce redundant trips where the business rules allow it.
Partnership pickup points follow flexible cooperation rules while the core keeps one API and one status model for stores. External carriers connect when an order is cheaper or faster through an aggregated partner instead of the in-house fleet only.
We built and iterated with SHAZAM operators in mind — dispatchers, point staff, and store integrators — then launched the live service at shzm.ru. Three months of focused delivery covered the baseline digital scope described in the client brief and production rollout.

SHAZAM runs a single live service that automates interaction across courier delivery: online stores, offline stores, pickup points, warehouses, and partner networks, with statistics, finance, statuses, and notifications in one place.
Stores gain predictable pickup delivery economics; buyers choose a nearby point and pick up purchases without queuing. Fixed rates and included insurance support store conversion, while the wide pickup geography supports expansion into new cities across Russia.
For ESK the project added deep courier-integration expertise — external carriers, remuneration logic, and multi-actor statuses — that we reuse when designing marketplace, pickup-network, and last-mile software products for other clients across Russia and when scoping similar three-month logistics deliveries.
